Splitify

Project Overview

Splitify is a full-stack expense-splitting app for groups — friends, roommates, trips. Members create groups, log shared expenses with custom splits, upload receipts, and instantly see who owes whom. A Groq-powered AI layer summarises spending patterns and surfaces insights, while Recharts visualises the data. Auth is JWT-based with bcrypt-hashed passwords, receipts are stored via Cloudinary, and the whole stack runs on a React + Express + MongoDB foundation.
